FAQ

How many guests fit in?

Up to 110 guests seated and up to 300 guests standing, for example at a reception or on the dance floor.

Is there equipment on site?

Yes, there’s a large screen for videos, photos and presentations. Let us know if you need more.

Can children come along?

Absolutely. With the indoor playground next door the little ones are well entertained – simply add it as an option.

Can we hire the room without food and drinks?

Yes, that’s generally possible – for example for conferences, workshops or presentations. Just get in touch and we’ll discuss the terms with you personally.

Can we add activities?

Yes: a reception at the beach club, black-light mini golf, Adventure Golf or the indoor playground can be combined with any event.

How long does an event last?

The standard duration is 5 hours, service included. We’re happy to stay longer – each additional hour or part thereof costs €39 net per member of staff.

When do we need to confirm the number of guests?

Please give us the final number of guests no later than 14 days before the event. After that, guests can only be added – the number given is the basis for the invoice.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is due when you place the order. The balance is paid as agreed on the day of the event or by invoice. On request we can also charge drinks by consumption instead of a flat rate.

What if we have to cancel?

Free of charge up to 4 weeks before. Up to 2 weeks before we charge 25%, after that 50% of the provisional total.

Can we hire the whole PriWilly Cosmos?

Yes. Exclusive hire requires a minimum spend of €12,500 (Sunday to Thursday) or €15,800 (Friday and Saturday) per day.
